Maxing out tow capacity on a 2020 Nautilus

I'm preparing to use my 2020 AWD 2.7L twin-turbo Nautilus to tow a camper. According to what I've heard, this model can tow either 2000 or 3500 pounds. How can I set up my Nautilus so that it can tow up to 3500 pounds?
