Need Help Identifying Fender Liner Splash Shield

i’m trying to track down the part number for a specific piece on my Lincoln Nautilus. It’s the small splash shield in front of the passenger-side tire. I’ve been told it might be part of the whole fender liner, but the dealership hasn’t been able to find it listed separately in their parts diagram.

Has anyone replaced this part before or know if it’s available on its own? It seems odd that such a small piece would only be sold as part of the entire liner. What's happening here?

The splash shield might indeed be bundled with the fender liner, you can try searching aftermarket suppliers...some owners report finding such parts separately listed there.
