In 2021, I traded my 2019 Nautilus for a 2020, expecting the same features. But when I tried to set up the Ride Control (adaptive suspension), it wasn’t available. Despite the window sticker stating it was standard, the dealership confirmed my new model didn’t have it. Anyone else noticed this in their 2020 Nautilus? I really missed the adaptive suspension from my 2019.

It feels like they pulled a bait-and-switch on you. I’ve heard of this happening with some 2020 Nautilus models, it seems like Lincoln adjusted feature availability partway through the model year. If the window sticker listed adaptive suspension, you might have grounds to push for compensation or a detailed explanation from Lincoln. Meanwhile, aftermarket suspension upgrades could be an option if you’re really missing that smooth Ride Control feel. Not ideal, but it’s worth considering!
