I’ve noticed that the interior trim pieces on the A-pillars of my 2019 Nautilus start warping on hot days, to the point where I can see the fasteners and wiring underneath. It seems to relax a bit when the temperature cools down, but the passenger side is definitely worse than the driver’s side. Has anyone else dealt with this? If so, did you address it with a dealer? Would love to hear how it was handled!

That warped trim on your Nautilus's A-pillars is a serious problem. It's clearly sensitive to heat and seeing the wiring is a major concern. Even though plastics change with temperature this seems like a defect. You should definitely take it to the dealer especially since one side is worse than the other.

That's something other users have reported. Best you can do is to contact your dealership. I assume you don't have the warranty anymore, so you might have to pay something for the job.

I had to replace both A-pillars. Though, I did it under warranty, with no questions. Hopefully, they will have a discount for you, or something. Split the costs. 😬
