My car's being ridiculous! It keeps telling me to put my hands on the wheel when I'm using adaptive cruise control and lane centering, even though I'm already holding it! Is it looking for pressure or hand position? Can I make it less sensitive? Any help would be appreciated!

Yes, it is. I think you are holding with too much pressure.Is it looking for pressure or hand position?

You could also try varying your hand position slightly—sometimes the system gets too focused on detecting a specific spot.
