Can installing relay #39 improve cooling in a 2020 Nautilus reserve?

While inspecting my 2020 Lincoln Nautilus Reserve with the twin-turbo 2.7L engine, I noticed relay #39 is missing from the underhood fuse box. This relay appears to control additional cooling functions that could benefit the engine during heavy use. Can I simply purchase and install the missing relay to unlock these features? If so, it seems like an easy upgrade for better cooling efficiency and performance.
 
I tried searching for an answer but couldn’t find one. Hopefully, someone more knowledgeable can help, or you might want to reach out to your dealer for an answer

I’ll see if the dealer has insight. If anyone else has experience with this, I’d love to know if adding relay #39 actually enables extra cooling functions. Thanks
