This Easy Exit thing works great when I get out, but the seat starts moving before I'm even all the way out of the car! It's kind of annoying. I don't think Lincoln even knows this is happening
 
I have had the same issue with the Easy Exit feature. Exactly the same! If you go to settings, under the profile section, you will find the unlink key. This stops the seat from moving when the door opens.
 
You might want to check if the "Easy Exit" feature has any adjustable settings. Some systems have options to delay the seat movement.
 
My car's easy entry/exit is messed up as well. The seat moves back fine when I turn off the car, but then it starts moving forward as soon as I open the door, forcing me to sit while it's still moving. Every other car I've had waits until you turn the car on. The dealership says it's normal, but that's BS.
