Issues with the hood release cable

THe hood release cable on my 2018 Nautilus is broken. I've tried everything, so now I'm trying to unbolt the thing that holds the hood closed.

The problem is, the nuts are super hard to reach. I think I need a special wrench to get to them.

Does anyone know what size those nuts are? I need to know before I start messing around with it.
 
The hood latch nuts on your 2018 Nautilus are M6, so you’ll need a 10mm socket. A swivel extension or a thin-walled socket can make a big difference when it comes to those tight spots. If you’re still struggling, consider using some penetrating oil to loosen things up before diving back in.

Yeah you’ll likely need a socket wrench with an extension to reach those nuts, or check the owner's manual for specific sizes, or try 10mm.
