Nautilus common problems

Hello guys!
I have a friend who wants to buy a Nautilus. It is his first EV and he is not so used to forums and stuff, so he asked me to ask this. What are a few of the common problems he should expect from the Nautilus? I already told him a few, but I know there are more. Your answers would be double appreciated. Thanks!

We've got a little intermittent vibration happening with our Nautilus. We reached out to Lincoln's engineers, and they told us it’s totally normal and part of the usual operation for this ride. Haven't had a chance to chat with other Nautilus owners yet to see if this is something they’re all feeling, but honestly, it seems like it’s just a quirk of ours.

My only concern with the Nautilus is that the newer infotainment systems can sometimes be a bit slow to respond.

I've been struggling with some glare on the panoramic screen, which makes it tough to see clearly, and on top of that, the speed control thingy isn't adjusting smoothly.

What is the year model? I had the 2019 one and had an issue with the 8-speed automatic transmission (hard shifting and unresponsive acceleration).

Hey! Some owners have had issues with slow or inconsistent chargin, especially with home chargers or certain public stations. The infotainment system can freeze or be slow at times. The range might be lower than expected in extreme weather and some people have mentioned delays with the regeneratve braking. These are a few common things but overall, the Nautilus is a solid car. As long as your friend stays on top of maintenance and updates they should be good!
