What do you mean by "without adding everything"? 
Of course, you can manually add individual contacts to the Nautilus phonebook via the infotainment system or your connected smartphone.

Oh, yes! I missed the "one" word while reading. Thanks for clarifying.
I haven’t messed with that yet. I know you don’t want your entire phonebook transferred. How about creating a favorites group on your phone and transferring just that to your Nautilus?
