My 2020 Nautilus has a cracked back window, and the back floor mats are always wet. I checked around the glass when the shade's up, but everything looks dry. Could rain be getting in through a crack?

Yep, rain could be sneaking in thru a tiny crack or a weak spot in the seal around the back window. Even if the glass looks dry, the sealant could be shot, letting water creep in. Definitely worth taking a close look at the seals, or better yet, having a pro give it a once-over to check for leaks

Add some silicone to the cracks and after the first rain, check if the floor mats are wet. If they are wet, then the water is making its way on another path.

Hey! Cracks can get worse over time if you don’t get them fixed. Usually, a pro will drill a tiny hole at the end of the crack to keep it from spreadng and help your cracked window last longer. It’s definitely a good idea to take care of it sooner rather than later to avoid bigger, more expensiv repairs later on.

Cracked glass could definitely let water in, but if everything around the crack is dry, it might be a different issue. Check the sunroof drains, they’re known to clog and can cause water to leak into the cabin. A simple flush with compressed air might fix it. Also, double-check the seals around the tailgate, those can let in rain too.
